1. Our Packaging Philosophy
Paper is organic and delicate. To protect cover materials, gold-foil stamping, and pristine page corners, every order is hand-wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes. We avoid bubble wrap in favor of biodegradable paper cushioning.
2. Processing & Fulfillment Timelines
We process orders Monday through Friday from our central studio.
- Standard Orders: Processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
- Monogrammed Orders: Custom stamping adds 2–3 business days to processing.
- Paper Drops: During new catalog releases, high order volumes may extend processing times to 3–4 business days. We will notify you by email if any delays occur.
3. Delivery Estimates & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination region.
* Note: Custom duties or local taxes for international shipments are paid by the customer at delivery.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is labeled and ready to leave our studio, we will email you a shipment confirmation with tracking links. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to show carrier scans.
5. Delivery Issues & Desk Care Support
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if a notebook arrives damaged by the weather, please contact our desk care team within 48 hours at care@aparecium.com. We will verify with the carrier and coordinate a reshipment or refund where needed.
