Every design, illustration, notebook lining, and poem featured on Aparecium goods is protected by copyright. Our collaborations represent months of dedication from artists worldwide. No designs, graphics, or content may be reproduced or used for commercial resale without express written consent.
3. Deliveries and Product Representation
We strive to display our paper colors, textures, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural fibers in our hand-laid covers and variations in screen color rendering, slight differences may occur. These are considered characteristic details of handmade craftsmanship rather than defects.
4. Payment & Order Confirmation
All prices are listed in your selected regional currency. An order confirmation email indicates that we have received your request; acceptance and fulfillment of the order are confirmed when the package ships from our studio.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating region. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or products will be resolved within local courts.
